® As Needed Consultants ® C3TCI, Inc. - Felix Suarez — Land Surveying / Mapping / GIS: Responsible for surveying existing site conditions and providing survey plans, maps and GIS information. Mr. Suarez is a Certified Land Surveyor ® with over 16 years of experience in the area. Some of his most recent work with our firm includes 125th ® Street and Pioneer Boulevard in North Miami. ® Lisa Hammer— Horticulturist/ Maintenance Specifications /Training: Responsible for writing maintenance ® specifications for planting plans, review of bids by certified maintenance contractors and on-site training to ensure conformance to specifications. Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Florida, ® specializing in Tropical Agriculture. She also holds a Masters of Science in Biology from FIU. She has taught the Master Gardening course at the Florida Cooperative Extension Service and has written maintenance ® specifications for a diverse range of projects, including the Honolulu Zoo and Johnson & Wales University. ® Ken DiDonato, PE — Irrigation Design: Responsible for the preparation of irrigation plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Mr. DiDonato is a Certified Irrigation Designer and has been doing irrigation design in ® this area for more than 20 years. The members of our team routinely work on projects that require ® coordination with many municipalities, and we are committed to maintaining a consistent and well ® documented record of communications at all times during the project. ® We utilize state of the art technology that enables us to serve our clients and project needs efficiently and ® accurately, including AutoCAD 2010 drawing production. We use other computer programs on a regular basis to assist us in illustrating our projects, such as Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch-Up, Rhino and Illustrator. ® Our staff is proficient with all software used for the efficient production and delivery of high quality graphics ® and documents required in the design process. Additionally, our working knowledge of spreadsheets enables us to prepare accurate estimates throughout the development of the project ® Schedule ® Our team of highly experienced professionals will provide you with direct Owner/Principal involvement in the ® project, enabling tasks to be completed expeditiously and efficiently. We have an understanding of the need to follow up and the flexibility to "gear up" or "slow down" as required. • Our team will plan our work schedule, staff and load to conform to this contract.
