All three participate at each stage of development reviewing the plans with • a focus on constructability and assessing design details focusing on minimizing water intrusion and maintenance and making sure • that the project will stand gracefully for many years to come. • Cost and Budget Control • At BEAArchitects,cost control and budget compliance is weaved into each design phase; it is an integral part of how we do business. From the outset of the project, architects work hand-in-hand with in-house cost estimators. Design alternatives and architectural com- • ponents are weighted for cost implications and schedule impacts.
