In order to meet stimulus funding l>'e- " G <br /> requirements of "shovel ready," the project had to be <br /> le advertised as a design-build. Kimley Horn developed <br /> ® the design criteria package in compliance with Federal funding criteria. The design criteria package <br /> was used for public advertisement and resulted in securing the stimulus funding and award of the <br /> ® project to the current design-build team. The project includes drainage system improvements such <br /> ® as new stormwater inlets, a new outfall connection, exfiltration trench for water quantity and quality <br /> ® treatment, new sidewalk, new pavement markings, and signage. Kimley-Horn provided construction <br /> phase services to expedite the project and confirm the project was built in compliance with the design <br /> ® criteria. <br /> ® General Consulting Services and Stormwater Master Plan,Palmetto Bay,FL <br /> 0 Kimley-Horn is currently working with the Village of Palmetto Bay as a general consultant to provide all types of <br /> engineering such as planning, general civil engineering, and transportation. The Village of Palmetto Bay is a <br /> ® newly incorporated community that is currently evaluating the condition of their infrastructure and developing a <br /> ® new vision for their community. The Village has looked to Kimley-Horn to develop a stormwater master plan <br /> ® and associated stormwater management plan to implement a stormwater utility and obtain ownership of the <br /> infrastructure.
