The final force main route evaluation report addressed stakeholders' issues, permit <br /> feasibility, project timeframes, preliminary opinions of probable cost, and a recommendation to <br /> ® proceed with the preferred route. The report also included proposed connection points, overall pipe <br /> ® lengths, construction methods, pipe material, and known or potential issues and constraints for each <br /> ® route including environmental issues. <br /> ® Force Main Rehabilitation Design Criteria <br /> ® Package. Based on an approved force main route <br /> evaluation report, we developed a Design Criteria <br /> ® Package (DCP) for the City's force main <br /> ® � <br /> rehabilitation program. The DCP was used to select p�_Y e <br /> ® a Design-Build Team for construction of the City's , - ,. r <br /> new force main system.
