The blocks abutting the ® roadways were redesigned to provide appropriate setbacks to maximize ® pedestrian usage along the corridor. Construction is now complete. • Boynton Beach Boulevard Extension and Promenade, Boynton Beach, FL Project engineer. Kimley-Horn served on a design-build team to the City of ® Boynton Beach CRA for a boardwalk/streetscape project along the Intracoastal I® Waterway involving the extension of Boynton Beach Boulevard. This was a part ® of a redevelopment effort by the Community Redevelopment Agency to improve the City's waterfront. The project consisted of two specific elements: the ® extension of Boynton Beach Boulevard from US 1 to the Intracoastal Waterway ® and the construction of a boardwalk along the Intracoastal Waterway from ® Boynton Beach Boulevard north for approximately 4,000 feet.
