To date, Lynx has completed major items included in <br /> the contract, including but not limited to, concrete repair, stucco repair, <br /> building envelope waterproofing/sealing and roof resurfacing/resealing <br /> at the Govemment Center, and other smaller repairs such as, <br /> replacement of sprinkler heads and camera housing. A more detailed <br /> accounting of work completed to date is shown below. <br /> Lynx Construction Management has completed the following projects <br /> and scopes of work: <br /> -Stucco repairs, waterproofing and painting of Government Center <br /> building including the removal of bumouts and previously applied bird <br /> repellant <br /> -Replacement of Commission Chambers building exterior stair railing <br /> 396 1 <br />
