Furnish all labor, material, and equipment as required to provide a complete and fully <br /> functional ventilation system for stairwell#'s 5 and 6 at Heritage Park including the <br /> following: <br /> a. Includes an allowance to provide all design and engineering services as required <br /> to generate drawings, review and approve shop drawings/submittals as <br /> necessary to obtain building permit and address any design conflicts/issues. <br /> b. Provide labor, materials and equipment necessary to cut concrete and form and <br /> pour"blocking" for installation of louvers. <br /> c. Provide and install all mechanical components including louvers, fans, dampers, <br /> hoods, disconnects, etc. <br /> d. Provide and install all electrical components including conduits, cabling,junction <br /> boxes, transformers, etc. <br /> e.
