A credit of$19,063.38 has been included in this <br /> change order to account for the elimination of this striping. However, as a result of this change to <br /> remove the bike lane striping, the proposed speed humps must be extended to the entire pavement <br /> width. As a separate effort, in order to ensure ADA compliance of the new sidewalks, it is necessary to <br /> repave a 5-10ft of existing pavement within the abutting private properties in order to transition the <br /> grade elevations within the established ADA limits. The total change order value will be applied to the <br /> contingency balance of$193,947.45. The remaining contingency balance after RCO #4 is$162,476.45. <br /> NOTE: Unless specifically stated dearly elsewhere on this page, this contract amendment does NOT include an extension of <br /> time or grant any additional general conditions amounts.
