Drawings - The drawings, plans, maps, profiles, diagrams, and other graphic representations which show the character, location, nature, extent, and scope of the Work and which have been prepared by the ENGINEER OF RECORD and are referred to in the Contract Documents. Shop Drawings are not Drawings as so defined. Effective Date of the Agreement - The date indicated in the Agreement on which it was • executed, but if no such date is indicated it means the date on which the Agreement is signed and delivered by the last of the two parties to sign and deliver. Partial Utilization - Placing a portion of the Work in service for the purpose for which it is intended (or a related purpose) before reaching Substantial Completion of the Work. Project - All matters and things whether completed or partially completed, and includes all other labor, materials, equipment and services provided or to be provided by the Successful Bidder in accordance with the Contract.
