Russo, City Manager <br /> FROM: Elka Linton-Dorsett, Capital Projects Manager <br /> DATE: 2/18/2016 <br /> RE: Second Amendment to the Agreement with HPF <br /> Associates, Inc. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Staff is recommending the City Commission approve the attached <br /> resolution. <br /> REASONS: <br /> On February 24, 2015 the City entered into an Agreement with HPF <br /> Associates, Inc., Contract Number C1415-032 to provide Professional <br /> Consulting Services to advise, overview projects during planning, <br /> document preparation, procurement/award and construction phases <br /> and assist in soliciting funding for selected projects, in an amount not to <br /> exceed $25,000.00. <br /> On March 19, 2015 via Resolution Number 2015-2389, the City <br /> Commission approved the First Amendment to the Agreement with <br /> HFP Associates, Inc. to perform inspection services as it relates to <br /> status of work, adherence to plans and specifications prepared by <br /> others, conformance to budget and reporting as may be requested, <br /> along with securing the services of appropriate contractors to <br /> accomplish projects directed by the City Manager, in an amount not to <br /> exceed $100,000.00. (Contract Total $125,000) <br /> Staff is recommending the City Commission approve this Second <br /> 192 <br />
