As owners representatives HPF will : <br /> Provide administrative support for contract issues with GC <br /> Chair weekly project meeting <br /> Address Resident issues <br /> Provide liaison with community regarding project logistics including property access issues and <br /> scheduling <br /> Liaison with FDOT regarding project <br /> Report to SIB regarding progress and project status <br /> Review and approve (along with inspecting engineer input) GC payment applications <br /> Provide full time (8 hours per shift) on site representative to assure MOT and safety requirements at <br /> beginning of shift and assure compliance with street opening and schedule compliance at end of shift <br /> Monitor status and progress of submittals, RFI, and COR responses from FOR <br /> There are numerous other tasks that will undoubtedly arise but this covers the basics <br /> • SIB <br />
