An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach,Florida,Amending <br /> Ordinance No.2015-461;Amending the City's Budget No.BA1516-02 for the 2015-2016 <br /> Fiscal Year- General Fund, Building Fund, Public Art Trust Fund, Capital Projects Fund, <br /> and Stormwater Fund; Authorizing the City Manager to Do All Things Necessary to <br /> Implement the Terms and Conditions of this Ordinance;and Providing for an Effective Date. <br /> Action: City Clerk Hines read the title, and Assistant Finance Director Tiffany Neely-Jean <br /> reported that this amendment is to reflect additional revenue in the Public Art Trust Fund, <br /> additional budgetary needs in the General Fund, the Capital Projects Fund, Building Fund <br /> and Stormwater Fund, as well as it moves or reclassifies the budget from certain line items <br /> where the actual needs are for this fiscal year. <br /> Public Speakers: None <br /> Commissioner Aelion moved and Vice Mayor Gatto seconded a motion to approve the <br /> proposed Ordinance on first reading. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach,Florida,Approving <br /> the Donation of a Surplus Police Vehicle (2005 Ford Explorer SUV) to the Crime <br /> Stoppers of Miami Dade; Authorizing the City Manager to Do All Things Necessary to <br /> Effectuate this Resolution; Providing for an Effective Date. <br /> Action: City Clerk Hines read the title, and Police Chief Fred Maas reported that Crime <br /> Stoppers has been around Miami-Dade County for many years. Previously they would work <br /> off of a State Grant but as you know,several years ago with the economic down turn,a lot of <br /> the grants went by the wayside.
