13 <br /> <br />Adjacent beach access available for public access: Signage, location, hours of <br />operations, etc. Walkway protection details. <br /> <br />Covered walkway will be engineered by a registered, licensed structural engineer in the <br />State of Florida and submitted to the City of Sunny Isles Beach Building Department for <br />permitting and approval (see photo and details, below) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Clean-up and maintenance: Describe the measures that will be taken to ensure that <br />the work site and public right-of-way will be maintained (including dust control) <br /> <br />As you can see in the picture above, at Jade Signature, the beach access is kept very <br />clean by having wind screen to prevent blowing dust from the jobsite, but also by having <br />one of the gate attendants maintain the beach access two (2) or three (3) times a day, <br />which includes picking up debris (whether construction-related or not), sweeping, and <br />rinsing down, if necessary. <br /> <br />Note: Copy of liability insurance with the City of Sunny Isles Beach as an additional <br />insured. <br /> <br />See sample certificate of the finalized one that will be provided once a contractor is <br />brought on board, below: <br />
