<br />10. Have the condominium association documents and Declaration of Use (PG 16646- <br />3651) be terminated? <br />RESPONSE: Condominium Association Termination in progress. <br />11. Termination of the existing Beach Access is required before public hearing. Please add <br />this as request 7. If approved, will the existing beach access be closed or open to the <br />public? <br />RESPONSE: Per the Current Architectural proposal the beach access will be moved <br />from the south side of the site to the north. <br />12. The survey that was submitted is out of date. The buildings have been demolished. <br />RESPONSE: Update to survey in progress. Existing Beach access will be terminated. <br />13. Any signage is required to be shown on site plan. <br />RESPONSE: The Monumental Signage is currently been shown on page A-0.102.00. <br />per SEC. 265-56A. <br />14. Any art work is required to be shown on site plan. <br />RESPONSE: Allowance for Artwork have been made. The selection of the Artwork <br />typically happens towers the end of the construction phase. <br />15. Please provide any information on pre-approvals from external agencies. <br />RESPONSE: Record of pre-approval for DEP, Fire Department and FDOT has been <br />forward. <br />16. Provide a construction schedule and construction value estimate. <br />RESPONSE: Construction cost is currently estimated to $450,000,000 with a <br />construction schedule of 34 months. <br />17. If this is a phased project, describe in LOI pursuant to Code requirements. <br />RESPONSE: Letter of intent has been updated as requested. <br />18. Add in traffic/mobility studies an analysis of pedestrian connectivity by creating a <br />crosswalk on the south side of 189 Street connecting the west side of Collins Avenue <br />with the proposed beach access. <br />RESPONSE: Traffic and mobility Study to be updated as requested. <br />19. Pursuant to Section 265-5, specify the apartment-hotel units that are subject to the <br />five percent (5%) restriction. <br />RESPONSE: Name of Units to be resolved prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />PLANS <br />1. Cover Page: Aerial is several years out of date. Please update. <br />RESPONSE: Out of date aerial will be replace with a more representative cover of the <br />design aesthetic. <br />2. Sheet A-0.010.00 <br />a. Provide floor height at all levels. <br />RESPONSE: All elevations have been updated to reflect floor heights. <br />b. Show north and south property side setbacks at four points each along north <br />and south property lines. <br />RESPONSE: north and south property lines have been updated on all <br />elevations. <br />c. Provide cross section of pedestal side setback at four points each north and <br />south property lines <br />RESPONSE: Pedestral sections have been added to on Sheet A-0.310.01. <br />d. Provide distance separation between buildings. <br />RESPONSE: Distance separation is reflected on Sheet A-0.010.03. The <br />distance is 75'. Please reference comment 4 above. <br />e. Building separation required is 100’, not 75’. Provide letter to support <br />decreasing tower separation. <br />RESPONSE: Please reference response to comment 4 above. <br />f.
