Changes highlighted in yellow are <br /> based on agency comments after First Reading. <br /> Capital Improvement Element <br /> Policy 1H. The City of Sunny Isles Beach 2008 2012 20156 - 20201, Capital <br /> Improvements Plan, and the Capital Improvements Schedule included <br /> therein, contains a schedule of needed projects that the City shall <br /> implement in order to maintain its adopted Level of Service standards or <br /> otherwise achieve the goals, objectives and policies and/or ensure the <br /> financial feasibility of the Comprehensive Plan.
