® IntelliTime Systems Corporation Response - Statement of Work <br /> City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida <br /> IntelliTime Systems Corporation proposes a phased approach for the Project Work <br /> Plan. This approach is typical of our standard implementation methodology as a <br /> specialist in complex Public Sector timekeeping and scheduling projects. In this section <br /> we have also provided a sample 180-day project timeline. The project timeline and <br /> phase lengths described in this section can be modified as needed to meet the City's <br /> desired implementation schedule. <br /> Discovery Consulting Phase <br /> Each project starts with a Discovery Consulting Phase assignment to identify all of the <br /> possible "Use Cases" for timekeeping and scheduling. This well organized effort is <br /> successful on each project because of the thoroughness of the review. The Discovery <br /> Consulting Phase is budgeted at 60 days elapsed time. Information that comes to light <br /> after this period and the subsequent effort to reconfigure the system would not be <br /> covered under the proposed project budget. <br /> We consistently achieve a thorough review by identifying and collecting the following <br /> information: <br /> C• All Bargaining Agreements — Sworn and Unsworn <br /> ® Timekeeping Policies for Non-Represented Employees and Management <br /> Payroll and Timekeeping Procedure Manuals <br /> o All Accruals and Leave Policies <br /> o Holidays and Holiday Pay Policy <br /> o FLSA Policies — Including Public Safety Section 7 <br /> o Family Medical Leave Policy - FMLA <br /> o Attendance Policies and Procedures <br /> o A Complete List of Supported Pay Codes from the Payroll System <br /> • Configuration of 200 Pay Codes covered under the project budget. <br /> Additional or new pay codes might incur additional professional <br /> service charges. <br /> C.
