Depending upon the user's preferences and training <br /> 0 requirements,this timeline is a guide and may increase or decrease after a detailed needs assessment and <br /> evaluation has been performed by our implementation team. Travel days and on-site training for this type of <br /> O format have been quoted. <br /> 0 <br /> Assumptions: All electrical and network connections have already been established for hardware units. Local <br /> Network Administrator is available to allow and grant access software as it is installed. Travel arrangements and <br /> O Implementation documents have been completed and signed. <br /> 0 Pre-Implementation Preparation <br /> O Upon bid award or purchase order,we will create the equipment order and schedule shipment: (Please allow <br /> 0 two weeks for delivery) <br /> An initial implementation kickoff meeting will take place prior to any installation and training services. During <br /> O this meeting we will exchange contact information,assign project managers.and develop a project plan based <br /> 0 on the required milestones and needs of users. <br /> O Weekly status meeting will take place with the project stakeholder to ensure an efficient and thorough <br /> O implementation. <br /> ® Day 1: Prior to On-site Implementation: <br /> 0 • Pre-deployment needs assessment meeting by phone. <br /> ® • Define training plan and schedule <br /> • Complete Pre-Implementation Questionnaire <br /> 0 <br /> ® Example On-site Implementation Schedule <br /> • Day 1 - Install and configure software on the server.Hang clocks and verify connectivity and functionality. <br /> ® Begin installing clients or pushing client installations(not required for web modules). <br /> ® • Day 2- Basic training of clocking terminal functions following a train-the-trainer format. <br /> • Day 3 - Basic employee training on clocking terminal, PC,and web-based operations. <br /> ® • Day 4 - Payroll administration training:Verify setup of pay codes and/or job codes and test payroll <br /> O procedures. <br /> ® • Day 5 - Intermediate training on the supervisor and management functions of the system. Basic upkeep, <br /> reporting.exports,and pay period export procedures. Schedule web-based follow-up training for users. <br /> O Sign off on Services Completed Document. <br /> O Remote Dedicated Support Service(055)and web-based training <br /> This service is typically not to be performed on-site. Web-based training and DSS installation and training is <br /> ® provided remotely from our home office. This purpose of this training is to assist in the initial setup of the <br /> ® software,to fill in knowledge gaps,and to provide additional training to users once they have become <br /> acclimated to the new TimeClock Plus system.
