Vendors will provide a level of technical/customer support to City of Sunny Isles Beach which at a minimum will provide for 8 AM —5 PM Eastern Standard Time (M-F) phone support utilizing a toll free number. Bids will include all pricing for"Year One" Subscription, SupporUUpgrade and maintenance services from the "Go Live"date renewable on an annual basis. Vendors bid will clearly define the cost associated to this support and the level of service that it includes. Vendors will be required to set fixed pricing for the reoccurring Support/Upgrade and Maintenance costs for years "Two" and "Three" and provide these costs to the City with their bid recommendation. Ven- dors may offer higher levels of support to City of Sunny Isles Beach but as an optional cost listed outside the required bid pricing. Kronos Global Support services are included in the monthly per employee per month subscription fee. Standard support is 8:00 a.m.—8:00 p.m. EST and reached by a toll free number. E. Vendor to include the costs for any other required Time and Attendance related hardware, not in- cluding personal computers (i.e.: Time Clocks, Time Clock related battery backup systems, etc.). No hardware is required, only internet access. F. Final cost to include the creation of all required activity, department, group, labor, pay, and/or work rules or codes necessary to duplicate the City's existing Time and Attendance system. This cost is to be clearly outlined in vendors bid response. Cost to create all required activity,department,group, labor, pay, and/or work rules are included in the one-time setup fee of S4,000. G. Installation, configuration and testing of required Interface to the City's Edmunds MCSJ Pay- roll/Human Resources application (installation &Testing of this payroll interface to occur on non- payroll week) Installation,configuration and testing of required interface to Edmunds MCSJ payroll/Human Re- sources application is included in the one-time setup fee of 54,000. H. Cost to include Training for up to 60 Time and Attendance application users & 3 IT Department staff. Cost of training is included in the one-time setup fee of 54,000. I. Cost of any necessary data conversion(s) to move any required rules or data over to the proposed system to be included in vendors bid response. Demographic data import is included in 54,000 setup. Optional Stromberg History Viewer can be purchased which is an annual fee of 5500.
