Having completed many of the first LEED projects in South Florida – first <br />LEED school in Florida- Pine Jog Elementary, first LEED school in Miami-Dade County- Terra <br />High School and first LEED building in the City of Miami- Melreese Golf Clubhouse. Curtis + <br />Rogers is not only at the forefront of this movement in South Florida, but has the proven record <br />of successfully completed projects. <br />Office Location <br />Curtis + Rogers Design Studio’s corporate offices are located at 7520 S Red Road in the City of <br />South Miami, Florida. Curtis + Rogers also has a Broward office located at 3440 Hollywood <br />Blvd., Hollywood, Florida to service our Broward clients. Over the firms history we have <br />worked with the GSA Administration- Federal Government on projects such as the Federal <br />Courthouse in downtown Miami and the new FBI Office Building in Miramar – both projects part <br />of their Design Excellence program. In addition we have worked for the Florida Department of <br />Transportation in District 4, District 6 and the Turnpike, as well as the Miami Dade Expressway <br />Authority. We have been involved in the development and renovation of countless schools <br />for Palm Beach School District, Broward Schools, Miami-Dade Schools and Monroe County <br />Schools. We have designed and built many parks for Miami Dade County, City of Miami, City <br />of South Miami, Village of Pinecrest, City of Coral Springs, City of Doral, City of Miami Beach <br />and City of Coral Gables. We have designed and constructed miles of roads and streets for <br />the same entities as mentioned above. Our depth of experience, understanding of technical <br />issues and public sector projects is an asset to every project we undertake.
