Design included water, fire and sanitary services as well as a drop-off lane on Collins Avenue and 20th and 21st Street end improvements. Construction costs totaled to $150,000. h. Coastal Systems completed the stormwater management design for the site, and processed the Class II permit through the Miami-Dade County Department of Environmental Resource Management (DERM). In addition, water and sanitary sewer services were designed for the site. i. Provided coastal permitting and engineering services that included permits from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and marine turtle lighting review through the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC). Also provided Florida Building Code, City Code (FBC), and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) flood compliance reviews. j.
