<br />Avenue, south of 158th Street for approximately 550 linear feet of roadway. Scope of improvements includes an 8’ wide specialty
<br />paver sidewalk with waving bands of concrete pavers, a new six foot tall buffer/retaining wall, decorative stone columns, a
<br />vehicular gate system for an adjacent private condominium parking area, a bus shelter, landscaping, landscape lighting and a
<br />complete upgraded irrigation system.

<br />Fort Zachary Taylor Park and Naval Base. The park master plan incorporates a redesigned 50-foot-wide waterfront pedestrian
<br />promenade, a pedestrian bridge to span Admiral’s Cut, an open air amphitheater with 200 fixed seats, a renovated Navy
<br />Generator Building to be reused as a restaurant, historical museum and public restrooms, an interactive water feature with two
<br />adjacent shaded playgrounds, an exercise trail with outdoor exercise stations, a 35,000-SF recreation center with an adjacent
<br />synthetic turf multi-purpose athletic and event field, and new horse stables for the Key West Police Department.

<br />waterfront promenade and a new stair tower to connect the site to the bridge leading over to the City’s beachfront area.

<br />the one acre site include two playgrounds, an outdoor work out area, oval lawn for recreational activities and family gatherings
<br />and a paver walkway system. The site’s location adjacent to the water and a new waterfront walkway system offers residents
<br />convenient access to this new community amenity.
