<br />the City’s theme.

<br />Landscape Architect for this right-of-way improvement project located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida along the western side of
<br />Collins Avenue, south of 158th Street for approximately 550 linear feet of roadway. Scope of improvements includes an 8’ wide
<br />specialty paver sidewalk with waving bands of concrete pavers, a new six foot tall buffer/retaining wall, decorative stone columns,
<br />a vehicular gate system for an adjacent private condominium parking area, a bus shelter, landscaping, landscape lighting and a
<br />complete upgraded irrigation system.

<br />program for the revitalized park includes two playgrounds, restrooms, picnic shelters, an interactive water feature, a 15 foot wide
<br />waterfront promenade and a new stair tower to connect the site to the bridge leading over to the City’s beachfront area.
