With over 10 years of experience in <br />marketing, communication strategy, and project management she brings a unique skillset to the <br />design team. She has experience in many aspects of landscape design including site analysis, <br />theming and branding, conceptual and schematic design, master planning, cost projection, bidding <br />and negotiation, and construction documentation. In addition, she is experienced in developing <br />designs for a variety of scales and project types including community development, urban master <br />planning, parks and recreation, and campus planning. <br /> Greg Mendez, P.E. has more than 18 years of civil engineering experience in site and infrastructural development <br />type projects for public and private facilities. He has extensive utilities design experience and is also <br />very experienced with fast track projects. His experience includes water, drainage and sewer <br />designs, design reviews, managing designs and construction budgets, managing fi eld inspection staff <br />and managing client relations. Mr. Mendez will provide engineering support for this contract. In this <br />role he will be responsible for develping engineering reports, construction documents and technical <br />specifi cations; manage day-to-day design activities; coordination between design disciplines; design <br />resource allocation; document control; and manage the design schedule. <br />Patrick Kaimrajh, P.E. has six years of experience in civil engineering design, drafting, permitting and <br />construction inspection. His design experience includes paving, drainage and stormwater <br />management. He has prepared engineering drawings, cost evaluations, design reports and various <br />permit applications. In addition, Mr. Kaimrajh has performed construction inspections for drainage <br />installations and assisted in soil sampling activities. He also is skilled in AutoCAD Civil3D, familiar with <br />FDEP Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for water sampling, and trained in FEMA Certifi ed <br />Benefi t-Cost Analysis (BCA) software. Mr. Kaimrajh will provide engineering support for this <br />contract. In this role he will be responsible for develping engineering reports, construction <br />documents and technical specifi cations; manage day-to-day design activities; coordination between design <br />disciplines; design resource allocation; document control; and manage the design schedule. <br />Jose McCray is a senior inspector for Chen Moore and Associates. Mr. McCray has over 31 years of construction <br />experience, from surveying through project management. His present responsibilities include <br />coordination and monitoring of construction activities including governmental projects and site <br />development for residential, commercial and industrial use projects. He serves as liaison to owners, <br />contractors, subcontractors, residents and governmental agencies. Additional responsibilities <br />include overseeing the review/processing of change orders, progress payments and reports, and <br />representation of owners and engineers at pre-construction meetings and other related <br />conferences. Mr. McCray will provide construction engineering inspection services for this contract. <br />In this role he will serve as the overall construction manager that includes day-to-day construction <br />monitoring and oversight; manage testing program and manage construction records. <br />Marcus Austin, GC is the Director of Construction Services and project coordinator for Chen Moore and <br />Associates (CMA). He has brought over 27 years of design and development experience in South <br />Florida to CMA. He is currently involved in both vertical and horizontal projects, which have a total <br />construction value of over $167 million. These projects include the Broadview Park Neighborhood <br />Improvement Projects and various civil engineering projects for municipalities. Mr. Austin is also a <br />certifi ed NPDES and OSHA Training instructor and teaches these courses throughout the State of <br />Florida. Mr. Austin will provide construction engineering inspection services for this contract. In this <br />role he will assist the construction manager that includes day-to-day construction monitoring and <br />oversight; manage testing program and manage construction records.
