The project included impl ementing Complete Street concepts for NW 31st Court, NW <br />94th Avenue and NW 32nd Street. CMA was responsible for providing <br />survey, geotechnical, site planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, MEP and structural engineering services. The <br />scope of the project included the layout of the baseball fields with supporting services such as lighting, dugouts, scoreboards <br />and irrigation. The project scope included stormwater drainage, sanitary force main, and <br />8,700 LF of 8-inch water main infrastructure improvements, along with streetscaping, landscap ing, and lighting upgrades. The project encompasses approximately 19,000 LF of ROW infrastructure improvements <br />including 9,300 LF 8" water main replacements, stormwater drainage improvements, paving & grading, streetscaping <br />enhancements, landscaping improvements, lighting improvements, and roadway reconstruction.
