<br />and inspection services for the project. The project included impl ementing Complete Street concepts for NW 31st Court, NW

<br />geotechnical investigation, design, permitting, preparation of construction documents, bid and award and construction
<br />engineering and inspection services. The project encompasses approximately 19,000 LF of ROW infrastructure improvements
<br />including 9,300 LF 8" water main replacements, stormwater drainage improvements, paving & grading, streetscaping
<br />enhancements, landscaping improvements, lighting improvements, and roadway reconstruction. Additionally, due to existing
<br />listed contaminated sites within the proximity of the right of way improvements, environmental coordination including
<br />contaminated sites analysis and consideration of the radius of influence was necessary for coordina ting dewatering operations.

<br />a technical memorandum with options and recommendations for pump strategy, small and large pump station selection, power,
