As the prime <br />consultants, CMA provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, environmental permitting and construction engineering <br />and inspection services for the project. The project included implementing Complete Street concepts for NW 31st Court, NW <br />94th Avenue and NW 32nd Street. CMA was responsible for providing <br />survey, geotechnical, site planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, MEP and structural engineering services. The <br />scope of the project included the layout of the baseball fields with supporting services such as lighting, dugouts, scoreboards <br />and irrigation. CMA’s scope of work includes hardscape, <br />landscape, and irrigation design. CMA is also preparing public outreach documents to coordinate landscape impacts and <br />improvements with abutting residential neighborhoods and government permitting agencies. CMA is a sub consultant to Green Play, LLC for the development of the City of West Palm Beach Parks <br />and Recreation Master Plan. Our scope of work involves providing Facility Inventories and Level of Service Assessment. CMA <br />is using cutting edge Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology in the form of ESRI Collector Software to completely <br />catalog the Client’s existing Parks and Recreation Assets. Collector Software is operated from our GPS enabled phones and <br />tablets and allows us to collect coordinate correct information on all of the parks assets. Our process involves creating a <br />database of the City’s Parks Assets and performing a preliminary analysis via aerial photography.
