<br />Mr. Sutton is a project landscape architect with CMA. He has nine years of experience providing landscape architecture services to
<br />public and private clients domestically and internationally. Mr. Sutton began his career by working in the landscape construction
<br />industry and adds significant field knowledge to our team. He has provided landscape, hardscape, and irrigation design for diverse
<br />projects such as parks, cemeteries, resorts, and transportation projects and is well versed in Low Impact Development techniq ues.
<br />He also brings experience with environmental and wildlife monitoring.

<br />Landscape Architect. CMA was contracted by the City of Coral Springs to assist the Coral Springs CRA in the planning, design,
<br />permitting and construction support of various streetscaping improvements in Downtown Coral Springs. As the prime
<br />consultants, CMA provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, environmental permitting and construction engineering
<br />and inspection services for the project. The project included implementing Complete Street concepts for NW 31st Court, NW
<br />94th Avenue and NW 32nd Street. Cost $ 4,100,000.00 Fee $ 235,739.98

<br />and Recreation Master Plan. Our scope of work involves providing Facility Inventories and Level of Service Assessment. CMA
<br />is using cutting edge Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology in the form of ESRI Collector Software to completely
<br />catalog the Client’s existing Parks and Recreation Assets. Collector Software is operated from our GPS enabled phones and
<br />tablets and allows us to collect coordinate correct information on all of the parks assets. Our process involves creating a
<br />database of the City’s Parks Assets and performing a preliminary analysis via aerial photography. Once the preliminary analysis
<br />is completed, CMA staff visit each parks facility and ground truth their findings. Fee $ 14,500.00

<br />a resort style swimming pool with hammocks, barbecue areas, outdoor seating, and cabana, bicycle parking facilities,
<br />pedestrian pathways, site seating and a 300 space parking facility. Cost $ 50,000,000.00 Fee $ 276,100.00
