Mr. Voelker snorkeled each site to observe the presence of regulated benthic resources (i.e. <br />seagrasses, corals, etc.). He assisted with the report needed for the permit applications. Contract Budget/Fees: $269,860 <br /> <br />b. <br />(1) TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State) City of Miami Beach Environmental Engineering Continuing Services, Miami Beach, Miami-Dade County, Florida <br />(2) YEAR COMPLETED <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES 2011 – 2016 CONSTRUCTION (If applicable) N/A <br />(3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE  Check if project performed with current firm Street Tree Inventory: Mr. Voelker is performing a GPS inventory and condition assessment of all trees within City owned <br />property within the City, including golf course/club house, recreational areas and City right-of-way areas. The assessments <br />include health and structure evaluations, identification of utility conflicts, pruning recommendations, and general risk evaluations. <br />The resulting GPS data will be used to generate a GIS tree database which the City can then be used as a tool for managing <br />urban forest resources in this particular community. The results of this analysis may then be used to develop the framework for a <br />City wide GIS tree database. E Sciences was brought onto the team to provide the Coastal Construction Control Line permitting for the project. <br />Mr. Voelker conducted an on-site vegetative analysis, performed GPS mapping of vegetative communities, and assisted in <br />preparation of the permit applications. Project Budget/Fees: $13,760.00 <br /> <br />d. <br />(1) TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State) Village Wide Tree Inventory Village of Palmetto Bay, Florida <br />(2) YEAR COMPLETED <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />7/2014 – 10/2014 <br />CONSTRUCTION (If applicable) N/A <br />(3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE  Check if project performed with current firm E Sciences conducted a street tree inventory for the Village of Palmetto Bay. Work included inventorying approximately 27,000 <br />trees along the City’s roadways, parks and municipal buildings communities. Mr. Voelker served as lead project scientist for this <br />project, performing the majority of the GPS inventory, preparation of the GIS tree database, and attended meetings with Village <br />staff. Project Budget/Fees: $55,734 <br />
