Subconsultants <br />9-1 <br />Our team consists of the following subconsultants: <br />Longitude Surveyors, LLC (LS) has been serving the South Florida <br />community for the past 12 years. Longitude <br />specializes in design surveys for infrastructure <br />and urban row streetscapes. However, it does <br />also off er additional surveying services, as well <br />as underground utility location. LS is based in <br />Miami-Dade County with a satellite offi ces in Key <br />Largo, Ft. Lauderdale and Palm Beach County. <br />Since its inception Longitude has strived to achieve a solid reputation by <br />providing professional and value added service to all its clients such as; <br />government agencies, municipalities, MDX, Florida Department of <br />Transportation (FDOT) and many of the well-known engineering fi rms <br />in South Florida. <br />Our People <br />The Team at Longitude Surveyors is comprised of licensed Professional <br />Surveyors and Mappers, Survey Technicians, CADD Technicians, <br />and qualifi ed fi eld and offi ce personnel. We match our most highly <br />qualifi ed Project Manager (PM) with the unique requirements of each <br />assignment. They attain success by allowing the PM and his or her <br />team to work autonomously within the structure of the offi ce. It is up <br />to the PM to ensure that the client is satisfi ed with our fi nal deliverable. <br />The offi ce simply provides their Teams with the necessary resources to <br />be successful. <br />Our Certifi cations <br />Longitude is certifi ed as a SBE/AE, Small Business Enterprise <br />Architectural & Engineering as well as a SBE, Small Business Enterprise <br />in Miami Dade County. The fi rm is large enough to eff ectively handle <br />highly complex projects, yet small enough to deliver personalized <br />service. The ownership as well as our Project Managers of our fi rm are <br />directly involved in every task awarded. Their personal touch is the <br />diff erence between Longitude and others. It is the primary reason we <br />have a 78% repeat business return with existing clients. <br />Underground Utility Investigation <br />Longitude has the capability of providing the client with full utility <br />investigation. LS has trained personnel able to designate underground <br />utilities using Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Electric Induction <br />equipment.
