<br />SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS Ms. Martinetti has over twelve years of engineering experience and is project manager for projects within many local municipalities. Her project management experience includes design and retrofit of parks, roadways, water mains, sewage force mains, lift stations, fuel station, site design and stormwater projects as well as permitting, bidding documents, engineering during construction and project close-out. She also assists in grant writing and supporting documentation for FDEP and FEMA grant applications. Ms. Martinetti’s highway design experience includes design for milling and resurfacing, widening, reconstruction, safety improvement projects, ADA upgrades and compliance, drainage improvements, signing and pavement markings, traffic control plans, and storm water pollution prevention control plans. Her experience also includes utility coordination, participation in the quality control process, electronic delivery, and local agency program (LAP) coordination.
<br />ROADWAY DESIGN PROJECTS
<br />Rickenbacker Causeway, Miami Dade County, FL: In-house project manager for the contract with Hardesty and Hanover, the engineering firm on the design build team with Kiewit Construction for the rehabilitation of the Rickenbacker Causeway’s West Bridge and the rehabilitation and expansion of the Bear Cut Bridge. CGA’s scope included hydrographic and topographic survey, drainage design, lighting, and signing and pavement markings. The Bear Cut Bridge was widened to accommodate a protected multiuse path in both directions and an 8’ bike lane adjacent to traffic in both directions as well as improvements to both approaches requiring coordination with two of the County’s adjacent future projects. The existing cross slope and bridge deck structure were modified impacting the existing drainage and requiring permits through Miami Dade County’s Regulatory & Economic Resources Department and South Florida Water Management District. CGA coordinated the bridge circuits during construction as well as providing new lighting for the widened bridge and new multiuse paths. 2013-2014, Senior Project Manager, MD County PM: Kathleen Woods-Richarson 305-372-6789 Nova Drive Roadway Improvements Project, Davie, FL: Project manager and engineer of record for Nova Drive, from Davie Road to east of University Drive, to widen a portion of the corridor from 2 lanes to 4 lanes and implement complete streets initiatives including reducing lane widths, traffic calming measures, adding bike lanes and sharrows, upgrading signalization, pedestrian improvements, signing and pavement marking plans, MOT, drainage modifications, lighting, and tree removal/relocations. <br />Davie Road Phase 1 & Phase 2, Davie, FL: Senior project manager for two phases of design for Davie Road; Phase 1 is from SR 84 to Nova Dr, and Phase 2 is from Nova Drive to SW 39th St. The scope includes roadway widening, bike lanes, signalization, signing and pavement marking plans, MOT, drainage modifications, lighting, a new median, and tree removal/relocations. Phase 1 is partially funded by a County Incentive Grant.
