Senior Project Administrator for the roadway reconstruction and widening of a multi-lane divided section including drainage modifications/retention area construction, signalization, roadway lighting, landscaping and irrigation, and pavement markings and signage. <br />NW 40th Street, West of NW 54th Avenue to East of SR 7 (US 441), Coconut Creek, Florida. Construction Administrator for the roadway widening and modifications of a divided section including drainage modifications/ improvements, intersection modifications, utility installations (water main and sewer services), landscaping and irrigation, and pavement markings and signage. <br />Hallandale N.E. Quadrant Drainage Improvements, Hallandale Beach, Florida. Construction Administrator for a neighborhood-wide drainage system modification and enhancements. The complex system included installation of additional Right-of-Way drainage / conveyance system(s); interconnecting with existing R/W drainage systems; construction of multiple (15) pressurized drainage wells; construction of two (2) SCADA controlled drainage pump stations with stand-by generators; relocation / replacement of conflicting existing utilities; and the corresponding drainage force / pressurized main. <br />Weston Drainage Improvements, Weston, Florida. Construction Administrator for multiple lake interconnect culvert installations; and Right-of-Way drainage system enhancements and additional installations in multiple areas of the Indian Trace Community Development District. This project was partially funded in association with FEMA grant funding. <br />Meadowbrook Community / Dania Beach S.E. Drainage Improvements (Phase 1), Dania Beach, Florida. Construction Administrator for a drainage pump station and force main replacement project involving pump, motor and intake replacement; upgrading of instrumentation and controls; and replacement of the drainage force main. Other improvements included outfall replacements, and minor street drainage system improvements / modifications. <br />College Avenue Roadway Improvements (Phase 1), Davie, Florida. Construction Administrator for the reconstruction and expansion of a local collector roadway situated in an education corridor serving multiple schools of higher education. The roadway expansion project involved the replacement of the drainage system, utility adjustments, roadway widening, sidewalk construction, and landscaping while maintaining vehicular and pedestrian access to the existing educational facilities and colleges. <br />Robert McSweeney, Page 3
