<br />SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS Mr. Roush has been providing electrical engineering services for over 43 years. His experience includes project management, marketing, quality control, and design and quality assurance of electrical systems for commercial, industrial, institutional, communication and transportation facilities. The broad range of projects he has designed provides a knowledge and understanding of codes and regulations essential to the successful development of projects. In the capacity of Director of Electrical Engineering at CGA, his main role is the support for Engineering, including the Municipal Division, Utilities Division, Land Development Division, Landscape Architecture, Planning, Transportation, Construction, West Palm Beach office, and he is the single point of contact for prime electrical projects for which he is fully responsible for project activities and objectives. He develops the electrical engineering budget, and reports the division progress, milestones, workloads, project costs, and schedule status. Mr. Roush is responsible for quality assurance during the design phase and quality control at periodic reviews. During construction he performs periodic observation, final inspection including generator testing, and certification of electrical systems.

<br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />Project Administrator/Director; An energy conservation project, the design of lighting improvements and service conversions at the facilities of the South Broward Drainage
<br />District, Southwest Ranches, FL. Provided the design of energy efficient LED access roadway lighting and parking lot lighting; supplementary lighting for maintenance bays; and conversion of overhead electric services to underground services for the main office and maintenance buildings.
<br />Project Engineer/Director; Expansion of the City of Miramar Wastewater
<br />Reclamation Facility, Miramar, FL. Provided the electrical engineering design for the addition of an aeration basin, including lighting, lightning protection, and the addition of mixers to the new and existing basins; a new clarifier; conversion of two 200 HP blowers to 500 HP units and the addition of one 500 HP blower, each with a freestanding soft starter and control panel.
<br />Project Engineer/Director; Energy conservation project and expansion of the City of
<br />Pembroke Pines Water Treatment Plant, Pembroke Pines, FL. Provided the electrical engineering design for the addition of a new clarifier, a new filter, replacement of the control panel for the lime slaker system; provided high service pumps, one of which was increased from 100 HP to 200 HP; doubled the capacity of the Ion Exchange System, replaced two 1000 kW diesel generators with auxiliaries; added two new motor control centers each with AccuSine filter.
<br />Project Administrator/Director; Energy conservation project and replacement of the existing switchboard w/automatic transfer switch, generator controller, and power distribution panel. Provided the electrical engineering design for an automatic transfer switch with two motor control centers and a new generator control panel; project evolved into multi-disciplines required to replace existing doors, ceiling, French drain, and exhaust fan.
