SNC _\ � <br /> toy.,J <br /> uo <br /> Demonstrated Understanding <br /> AGS will provide approximately eleven (11) school Crossing Guards and one (1) supervisor on <br /> an as-needed basis at the seven (7) specified locations for up to four (4) hours daily. Nominated <br /> guards will be approved by CITY, and will be provided with names, contact information, <br /> training dates, and other certifications of Crossing Guards. Any changes to this list will be <br /> provided within forty-eight (48) hours. AGS Crossing Guards will maintain a daily time sheet <br /> and sign in for each shift and location. This will be provided weekly to (CITY). <br /> 1 Any assigned Crossing Guard, supervisor, or liaison that does not meet all legal requirements <br /> ' and all requirements as specified herein, will be removed from post assignment and will be <br /> immediately replaced with a Guard that meets all legal and all specified requirements herein; no <br /> 1 exceptions. Crossing Guards will conduct themselves on with a professionalism unrivaled in our <br /> industry, using communication devices only for emergencies or business related to the contract. <br /> ' and avoiding use of tobacco products or listening devices such as iPods. MP3 players, portable <br /> radios. etc. <br /> AGS will translate client expectations into a reliable safeguard for all stakeholders involved with <br /> 1 careful attention to the specifications of this Bid, the laws and mandates of(CITY), the state, and <br /> other regulating bodies. <br /> 1 <br /> Guard Qualifications <br /> 1 Crossing Guards will be at least twenty-one (21) years old, pass background checks (as detailed <br /> below), and must demonstrate good character and dependability, as well as be knowledgeable of <br /> Itraffic rules and regulations, and have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
