AGS does not employ anyone convicted of a <br /> felony or of a crime involving moral turpitude. All assigned Traffic Control and Crossing Guards <br /> Iwill be fingerprinted and registered with the State of Florida, possess a full and complete <br /> understanding of the English language, and be subject to random drug and alcohol testing and/or <br /> Iscreening. All such processes are conducted at the expense of AGS, and not (CITY). <br /> I Drug Free Policy <br /> AGS is committed to enforcing a zero tolerance, drug free workplace and conducts periodic <br /> comprehensive drug and alcohol testing on all employees. Any employee refusing this test will <br /> Ibe terminated. The unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession, or use of a <br /> I controlled substance is prohibited in AGS workplaces. A single violation of such prohibition will <br /> result in the offending individual being removed from the job-site and recommended his or her <br /> I participation in an approved drug abuse assistance or rehabilitation program.
