28. Delete Objective 11 and policies 11A — 11D as follows. In conjunction with the Department of Transportation, identify and <br /> implement modifications to Sunny Isles Boulevard to discourage excessive speeds and <br /> - e' _ - - _ - - -- ' e ' ' e = 114 Street. <br /> Policy 11B. The City shaensure that new land uses are compatible, interdependent <br /> and mutually reinforcing through shared market relationships. <br /> Policy 11C. Identify and prioritize potential public improvements within the Sunny Isles <br /> Blvd. corridor for inclusion in the City's Capital Improvement Program. <br /> Policy 11D. The City shall continue to implement economic development strategies for <br /> the Town Center, and land use and design guidelines for redevelopment of the waterfront <br /> properties along Sunny Isles Boulevard. <br /> 29.
