The Community Strategic Plan shall include a Mission Statement that is <br /> reflective of the community vision. <br /> Policy 16B. The Community Strategic Plan shall be consistent with this Comprehensive <br /> Plan, and adopted into this Comprehensive Plan as a Visioning Element. <br /> Policy 16D. The Community Strategic Plan shall include milestones and benchmarks to <br /> gauge plan achievement, and processes for its periodic update to reflect changing <br /> conditions and needs. <br /> Policy 16E. The Community Strategic Plan shall contain strategies to maintain and <br /> improve the quality of life of existing and future residents in light of existing and projected <br /> development and redevelopment, projected population growth, and economic <br /> development efforts <br /> A-13 <br />
