P R E S I D I - SOW#P288-160406 <br /> Version 1.2 <br /> SECTION 1 : SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Overview <br /> City of Sunny Isles has requested the services of Presidio Networked Solutions, Inc. <br /> (Presidio) to provide upgrade services for their collaboration systems environment. At a <br /> high level the components included in this upgrade include the below: <br /> • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) <br /> • Cisco Unity Connection (CUC) <br /> • Cisco UC Virtual Hypervisor <br /> • Cisco Voice Gateways <br /> • Cisco Instant Messaging & Presence (IM&P) <br /> Scope <br /> Our purpose as detailed within this Statement of Work (SOW) is to provide professional <br /> services to City of Sunny Isles to upgrade the applications listed above in the Overview <br /> Section of this document. Please carefully review this document to ensure no <br /> applications, which need to be upgraded, have been overlooked. <br /> City of Sunny Isles intends to have Presidio perform the following tasks as the scope of <br /> this engagement: <br /> • Presidio will conduct a kick-off meeting with City of Sunny Isles staff to introduce <br /> the engineers and project team that will be part of this project. This meeting will <br /> be utilized to review the Bill of Materials (BOM) for this project as well as to <br /> review this Scope of Work (SOW). A high level schedule will be discussed as <br /> well beginning with tentatively setting a meeting time and date for the Detailed <br /> Design Workshop (DDW). <br /> • Presidio will facilitate a Detailed Design Workshop (DDW) to validate and <br /> document the technical and business requirements for this project.
