City of Sunny Isles is responsible for providing the backup <br /> locations. <br /> • Presidio will complete the test plan developed in the DDW. Presidio requires City <br /> of Sunny Isles to provide a representative to assist in the test process and sign <br /> off on the completed test worksheet. <br /> • Presidio will be on standby to assist in SIP trunk Carrier conversion <br /> • Presidio will develop up to 4 new AA in CUC <br /> • Presidio will provide up to (4) hours of administrative update training to cover the <br /> new features and functionalities in the upgraded applications. <br /> • Presidio will document all changes and modifications to the system that occur <br /> during the upgrade and provide this information along with the design document <br /> as the system as-built documentation at the end of this project. <br /> • Presidio will provide an engineer for up to eight (8) hours total of day 1 support <br /> the first business day following the upgrade. <br /> License Data <br /> The following is for information purposes related to the upgrade. Please note any <br /> discrepancies so that they may be corrected.
