<br />Professional Qualifications
<br />Jeffrey Andrews has been with CB&I since the early 1980s performing
<br />marine sand resource investigations and offshore geotechnical
<br />geophysical and hydrographic mapping. During his career, Mr.
<br />Andrews has conducted more than 50 marine sand resource
<br />investigations and mapped more than 200 million cubic yards of
<br />beach and marsh compatible sediment within estuary and on the
<br />continental shelf. He has unique experience and knowledge about
<br />existing sand resources and about techniques of sand resource
<br />prospecting and mapping. Mr. Andrews also serves as an Operations
<br />Manager for projects with state and federal agencies in which existing
<br />information about sand resources along the East and Gulf Coast is
<br />used.
<br />Relevant Project Experience
<br />Hydrographic and Topographic Surveys
<br />Mr. Andrews directed bathymetric and upland surveys in Florida,
<br />Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, New Jersey, New York,
<br />Massachusetts, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Brazil
<br />and the Bahamas. He has prepared all hydrographic and topographic
<br />survey reports including technical writing and supervision of data
<br />analysis. Mr. Andrews has over 30 years of conducting bathymetric
<br />and topographic surveys, and providing navigation/positioning for
<br />numerous offshore projects. Projects include:

<br />Mr. Andrews oversees CB&I sand search and geotechnical
<br />investigation plans and reports, including technical writing supervision
<br />of data analysis. Mr. Andrews oversees all CB&I offshore sand search
<br />geotechnical investigations and geophysical, including bathymetric,
<br />seismic, side scan sonar and magnetometer surveys, jet probes and
