<br />Professional Qualifications
<br />Evan Cook has 6 years of experience working with LiDAR, GIS, CAD
<br />and GPS, utilizing various platforms and in a diverse range of
<br />applications. He has extensive knowledge of GIS, from digitizing to
<br />database management, spatial data analysis, GIS based web/mobile
<br />applications, metadata creation, and interoperability between
<br />software platforms. Mr. Cook has worked on a number of surveying
<br />projects throughout the state and the southeast, with experience
<br />working offshore of the Atlantic Coast of the United States. He is
<br />heavily involved with survey data processing, map production, and
<br />report writing. He is trained and approved manager to utilize the
<br />National Geodetic Survey’s OPUS‐Projects for the establishment of
<br />GPS networks and control monuments. Mr. Cook formerly worked as
<br />a Research Associate in the GIS Center at Florida International
<br />University, and still maintains and collaborates with his former
<br />colleagues.
