18 | P a g e <br />RFQ #16-06-01 Shoreline Surveying & Mapping Consulting Services <br /> Brevard County South Reach and North Reach Beach Renourishment <br />Land & Sea Surveying worked with the Great Lakes Dredge on this ACOE project to fill 3 miles of beach on <br />the south reach and 7.5 miles on the north reach. Surveys were completed for before dredge and after <br />dredge conditions to verify material quantities and conformance with template. He is well experienced in operation of ROV, <br />field data collection, and dive operation planning. He is also familiar with hydrographic surveying <br />procedures and equipment, as well as ArcGIS and other CAD software. Mr. Neumuller’s primary <br />responsibility is field data collection on the following types of surveys; bathymetric surveys, magnetometer <br />surveys, side scan sonar, ROV underwater site inspections, topographic surveys, as-built surveys, boundary <br />surveys and construction services. <br /> <br />Recent Project Experience: <br />Sebastian Inlet Semi-annual Survey - Survey Technician Mr Neumuller worked on this project performing <br />upland profile data collection and singlebeam hydrographic data collection. He also assisted with post- <br />processing the hydrographic data. <br /> <br />Port Lafiteau, Haiti – Hydrographic Survey Technician An interim inspection survey of the first berth of a <br />new port in the county was performed. Land & Sea Surveying worked with the owner to perform <br />hydrographic surveys of the berth to check for sufficient depth and width to allow for docking of their first <br />cargo vessel. We will continue to work with the company to eventually reach depths and widths to allow <br />for Panamax vessels.
