Mr. Jenkins’
background in engineering and marine science education has made him an invaluable asset to the Land &
Sea Surveying team. He is experienced in all manner of hydrographic surveying including multi-beam,
single-beam, magnetometer and side scan sonar. He is also a well-qualified diver having performed diving
support for construction of embankments, installation of scour protection mats, and installation of various
monitoring equipment. He has also worked on several land projects performing control surveys,
construction staking, as-built surveys, topography, and utility location.

Mr. Jenkins works primarily with Land & Sea Surveying's field crews in performing all types of surveying
services, including the following; bathymetric surveys, magnetometer surveys, side scan sonar, ROV
underwater site inspections, topographic surveys, as-built surveys, boundary surveys and construction
services.

Recent Project Experience:
SpaceX Complex Rebuild – Survey Technician Land & Sea has worked with SpaceX since 2007 preforming
survey services for construction projects at three of their facilities located on Kennedy Space Center and
Cape Canaveral Air Station. Mr. Jenkins has worked on recent projects including the rebuild of Complex 39a
to accommodate a new rocket and Landing Zone 1.

Sebastian Inlet Semi-annual Survey, Indian River and Brevard Counties, Florida.
Land & Sea Surveying utilizes multiple methods of data collection in performing this survey for the
Sebastian Inlet District. The inlet is surveyed using a 200 kHz single-beam hydrographic system. The upland
portion of the beach profiles are surveyed using land-based RTK GPS survey systems along the pre-
determined azimuth lines at every FDEP R-monument. The lines are surveyed from the top of dune out to
wading depth with this method. The line is continued with a 200 kHz single-beam system on the Jetski
survey vessel with RTK GPS positioning out to a depth of 40 feet. If seas prohibit use of the Jetski, the lines
are continued with our 20-foot MonArk. The reef area south of the inlet is surveyed with the multibeam
