Construction management included specifying <br />construction techniques and the acquisition of appropriate <br />equipment. <br /> <br />Dinner Key Boatyard Marina, Miami, FL <br />CLIENT: City of Miami <br />Design and environmental permitting for 110-slip marina and 600- <br />foot bulkhead replacement. Mitigation design provided and <br />maintenance dredging designed. <br /> <br />Miamarina at Bayside, Miami, FL <br />CLIENT: City of Miami <br />Design and environmental permitting for 130-slip marina. Coastal <br />engineering design including numerical modeling and physical <br />model tests were conducted for the wave baffle design. <br /> <br />Peanut Island Environmental Restoration, Palm Beach County <br />CLIENT: Palm Beach County <br />Coastal/civil and marine structures design for 1.5-acre artificial reef <br />habitat and 1.3 acre shallow seagrass lagoon. Additional features <br />include a tidal pond and flushing channel, shallow-draft marina <br />with floating docks, pedestrian boardwalks, and site utility <br />upgrades. <br /> <br />Princess Cays, Eleuthera, Bahamas <br />CLIENT: Princess Cruise Lines: $4 million <br />Design development and construction management of site <br />improvements to a private island destination for cruise ship guests. <br />Improvements included beaches, breakwaters, and marina <br />expansion to accommodate larger cruise ship tenders. Designed <br />utility improvements along with new food, beverage and <br />recreational facilities. <br /> <br />
