NILES, PSM, CH
President
Project Surveyor/Lead Hydrographer

Mr. Niles is a licensed Surveyor and Mapper and is one of only
16 Certified Hydrographers in practice in Florida. He possesses
knowledge and experience in a wide range of surveying and
mapping services. Mr. Niles has been the sole owner and
President of Degrove Surveyors since 1986. His
professionalism, leadership, and knowledge of the industries we
serve have made Degrove a Florida leader in surveying and
mapping. Mr. Niles has over 30 years of experience and is
licensed to practice in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi,
South Carolina, Louisiana, and North Carolina. He maintains a
working knowledge of all projects to which Degrove is
contributing. His accomplishments and awards illustrate his
leadership not only at Degrove, but also in the greater
surveying and mapping profession. Below you will find a
sample of relevant projects in which Mr. Niles has acted as
Degrove’s Project Manager.

USACE – Topographic and Hydrographic Survey, Bal
Harbour, Miami-Dade County (2013) – Project Surveyor for
survey to support shoreline monitoring and shore protection
design.
