E. / Page 2 of 4 Project Management: Serving seven years as a project engineer and the Field Operations Department Manager for a 50+ person coastal engineering firm, he led teams of surveyors, biologists, and engineers on virtually every project related site investigation the tum undertook. In this capacity, his responsibilities included costing, planning, scheduling, and monitoring production of the field team towards a timely, cost efficient, and quality comprehensive study. He was the individual primarily responsible for the preparation of the firm's Environmental Impact Assessment Reports. He also served as the liaison between the firm and the client in understanding the project requirements and ensuring that the final deliverables accurately met the clients' needs. Underwater Investigations: Mr. Olin relies on his extensive diving background when he performs his underwater mapping and inspection services. Mr. Olin has over 26 years of diving experience in areas of the Caribbean, Atlantic and Pacific, as well as fresh water rivers and lakes. He relies on this experience when performing environmental resource surveys, marine structural inspections, borrow area investigations, underwater jet probes, artificial reef construction and coral relocations. Geotechnical Sand Analysis: Mr. Olin has over 15 years experience working on beach renourishment projects using both offshore and upland sand sources. In this capacity he runs a sand analysis lab that is used to determine the suitability of different sand sources for use in beach renourishment.
