Colin was involved in design and preparation of landscape plans for the main road through the country <br />club. The design involves massive specimen trees and palms to restore canopy. Scope of work included the landscape design <br />and tree disposition plans. Woodfield Country Club totals over 830 acres in size and is one of the leading country clubs in South <br />Florida. Colin prepared full Landscape Plans for this K-12 Charter School Campus west of Delray Beach. Using <br />an extremely diverse and fully native plant palate, the planting design of this site will lead the way in creating sustainable and <br />diverse landscapes for educational and professional campuses. The students will be able to interact with the fruit tree grove <br />and student vegetable garden. Colin was involved in the preparation of the final hardscape and landscape plans for the community entrance and <br />median features. Tuscany is GL Homes latest new home product in west Delray. Colin worked closely with Conkling and Lewis Construction and the client to develop an innovative <br />solution to add parking using stabilized sod with engineered subgrade on the existing grass mall area in the center of the <br />property. This innovative solution was applauded by the Town, as we were able to preserve the timeless beauty of the historic <br />mall. Our work on the mall has led to follow-up landscape architecture work throughout the property. Colin was involved in tree preservation and relocation efforts, conceptual community entry and club drawings, as well <br />as final hardscape, landscape, and lighting plans. Royal Palm Polo is Toll Brother’s high-end new home product, consisting of <br />estates starting at $1.5M. The entry to this community consists of large amounts of relocated and preserved old growth trees <br />and palms from the site’s previous use, a polo stadium. The entry consists of several grand fountains and reflecting pools along <br />with a large fire feature running through the center of one of the reflection pools. <br />STANDARD FORM 330 <br />Page 30
