Kirsten worked closely with the VA Medical Staff to develop a sensory healing garden for their patients of <br />varying disabilities. She was responsible for the conceptualization and graphic representation of the garden to gain approval for <br />grant funding. Kirsten was responsible for hardscape, landscape, and lighting design, from conceptualization through <br />construction documentation and administration for the clubhouse veranda and recreation facilities. Jonathan’s Landing Golf <br />Clubhouse and Tennis/Fitness Facility is a Recreational Planned Unit Development (PUD) prepared for Jonathan’s Landing <br />Golf Club, Inc. The 19.83-acre site, located within the Jonathan’s Landing Golf and Country Club, is located on the south east <br />corner of Alternate A1A and Indiantown Road. Our scope of work was to prepare and represent a revision to the site plan for <br />the clubhouse/recreational parcel of the overall site plan. This revision included the addition of a 13,065 SF. Tennis/Fitness <br />Facility and modifications to the parking lot areas. Woodfield Country Club is a prestigious, private golf and country club that is one of the most exclusive <br />country clubs in South Florida. Woodfield Country Club totals over 830 acres in size and is located on the west side of Jog <br />Road, north of Glades Road and south of Clint Moore Road. The community consists of single-family residential pods, villas, <br />town homes, a 16.70-acre commercial pod, two civic pods consisting of a 2.30-acre fire station and a 25.00-acre middle school, <br />and lastly a 19.30-acre recreation pod with a total square footage of 103,643 S.F. Our scope of work was to modify the existing <br />approved recreational pod design through a Site Plan Amendment Application in the City of Boca Raton. The Polo Club of Boca Raton is a 1,100-acre premier Country Club located Palm Beach County. This <br />project includes the redesign of three of their gated entrances along with the redesign of their clubhouse entrance. Kristen is <br />involved in all aspects of design through preparation of construction documentation.
