<br />Jerrod has over eight years of experience with a diverse range of services, involving planning and design for both local and international projects.
<br />He is well-versed in all stages of project development from conceptual design, through production of technical drawings and project approval. His
<br />detail-oriented approach plays a large role in all aspects of project development including creative design for hardscape, landscape, lighting and
<br />irrigation, client and consultant interaction, quality control and construction observation. The expertise he has developed has been utilized on a

<br />Landscape Architect. Jerrod was responsible for the site plan and landscape plan. The Aldi grocery store chain recently broke
<br />into the South Florida market and began looking for sites in South Florida for their distribution center. After extensive site
<br />selection reviews, Aldi chose a site in the Village of Royal Palm Beach for their regional distribution center. WGI was
<br />responsible for processing land use, zoning, variances, waivers, site plans, master plans and landscape plans for the
<br />development of the 800,000sf warehouse distribution center as well as for the 20,000sf flagship stand-alone store. WGI
<br />represented the numerous application requests before the Technical Review Committee, the Planning & Zoning Board, the
<br />Architectural and Aesthetic Review Committee and the Village Council. WGI worked with Village P&Z staff to re-write
<br />development codes for the allowance of the large distribution center and applicable regulations for protection of natural
<br />resources and surrounding residential communities.

<br />Landscape Architect. Jerrod worked closely on the conceptual design at each phase of development and was responsible for all
<br />the renderings and construction documents. This memorial features a warped beam from the World Trade Center wreckage
<br />and is a monument to the fallen victims.

<br />Landscape Architect. Jerrod was responsible for hardscape, landscape, and lighting design, from conceptualization through
<br />construction documentation and administration. The project was presented before the Community Appearance Board to gain
<br />approval of modifications to the fitness center, clubhouse, and tennis facilities. Scope of work included the site planning, land
<br />use representation, landscape design, recreation pod design, GPS tree location, tree disposition analysis, and tree alteration
<br />permitting. Woodfield Country Club totals over 830 acres in size and consists of single-family residential pods, villas,
<br />townhomes, a 16.70-acre commercial pod, two civic pods consisting of a 2.30-acre fire station and a 25-acre middle school,
<br />and lastly a 19.30-acre recreation pod with a total area of 103,643 square feet.

<br />Landscape Architect. Jerrod was responsible for hardscape, landscape, and lighting design, from conceptualization through
<br />construction documentation and administration. Located on 1,100 meticulously manicured acres in Palm Beach County the
<br />Polo Club provides its members with two premier championship golf courses, a nationally recognized tennis facility with 29 Har-
<br />Tru courts, a 35,000-square foot world-class spa and fitness center and a myriad of social and dining activities. Working with
<br />the architect, WGI Land Design Services helped to create a resort style environment which included hardscape selections for
<br />the beach entry pool, waterfalls, spa and other design features. Carefully selected plantings and design elements create an
<br />elegant tropical theme throughout the pool area. A specially designed children’s area offers a safe, interactive, outdoor space
<br />for play.
