WGI provided all Master <br />Planning, Site Planning, Landscape Design, Represent-ation and Hardscape Design. <br />Harsh environmental conditions at the ocean front property were a critical design consideration for this project. <br />Native plantings that were drought resistant and salt water tolerant were selected for the site. Gathering <br />spaces were created through hardscape design on both a streetscape level and plaza level for town center <br />customers. The plan complimented the existing architectural design. <br />25.
