CMA was contracted by the City of Coral Springs to assist the Coral Springs CRA in the planning, design, <br />permitting and construction support of various streetscaping improvements in Downtown Coral Springs. As the prime <br />consultants, CMA provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, environmental permitting and construction engineering <br />and inspection services for the project. The project included implementing Complete Street concepts for NW 31st Court, NW <br />94th Avenue and NW 32nd Street. CMA is a sub consultant to Green Play, LLC for the development of the City of West Palm Beach Parks <br />and Recreation Master Plan. Our scope of work involves providing Facility Inventories and Level of Service Assessment. CMA <br />is using cutting edge Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology in the form of ESRI Collector Software to completely <br />catalog the Client’s existing Parks and Recreation Assets. Collector Software is operated from our GPS enabled phones and <br />tablets and allows us to collect coordinate correct information on all of the parks assets. Our process involves creating a <br />database of the City’s Parks Assets and performing a preliminary analysis via aerial photography. Once the preliminary analysis <br />is completed, CMA staff visit each parks facility and ground truth their findings. The site program includes <br />a resort style swimming pool with hammocks, barbecue areas, outdoor seating, and cabana, bicycle parking facilities, <br />pedestrian pathways, site seating and a 300 space parking facility.
