<br />Sr. Project Manager. CMA is the local subconsultant to James Corner Field Operations (JCFO), the designers of New York
<br />City’s famed High Line, in the development of a Master Plan for the Lincoln Road Mall Historic District in Miami Beach. Lincoln
<br />Road Mall is America’s first pedestrian mall designed in the 1960’s by Morris Lapidus. Today, Lincoln Road Mall receives an
<br />average of 10,000 visitors per day and is a major tourist destination geared towards pedestrians. CMA provided local planning
<br />expertise and civil engineering to support the efforts of JCFO’s development of the Master Plan. Fee $ 25,000.00

<br />Project Manager Supervisor CMA is providing civil engineering and landscape architecture for the utility infrastructure and
<br />roadway reconstruction of two islands (Sunset Islands 3 and 4) off the Miami Beach west coast, along the inter -coastal
<br />waterway. The project was publicly bid as a design-build and funded by the City of Miami Beach. It will require coordination with
<br />various agencies including the City of Miami Beach, the Miami -Dade Water and Sewer Department, the Miami-Dade Public
<br />Works Department, the Miami-Dade Regulatory and Economic Resources Department and others. The project consists of the
<br />replacement of 8" potable water mains, the lining of existing sanitary sewer mains, a completely new storm water drainage
<br />system, including discharge pumps and outfalls, the undergrounding of all existing overhead utilities, new service connections
<br />to all properties, complete roadway reconstruction and grading with new pavement section and curb, landscaping, signage and
<br />striping. Cost $ 7,750,000.00 Fee $ 505,953.76

<br />Project Manager Supervisor CMA provided professional civil engineering services for the preparation of design/construction
<br />documents and permitting for a new master pump station at the NW corner of Jose Billie Highway and Halls Road at the Big
<br />Cypress Reservation and approximately 2,500LF of new force main tied in to the existing force main at Halls Road and the
<br />entrance road to the treatment plant. The pump station is stand alone and the design scope includes all mechanical, structural,
<br />electrical and civil engineering required for a fully functional station. This design also includes the connection of the exi sting
<br />pump station north of Halls Road, currently serving the RV park. This new master Pump Station wil l, in the future, receive flows
<br />from the West Boundary Road corridor and any remaining development along the North Josie Billie Highway corridor. The
<br />design shall include accommodations in the pump station design for future build-out of the immediately surrounding areas. Fee

<br />which are currently served by septic systems. The project includes an initial engineering analysis phase with the preparation of
<br />a technical memorandum with options and recommendations for pump strategy, small and large pump station selection, power,
<br />maintenance, permitting considerations, etc. Cost $ 2,019,686.00 Fee $ 199,186.50
